For accounting and bookkeeping firms
All your clients. One login. Free for your firm.
Your firm console lists every client you serve and what needs you today. Give each person on your team a role per client, invite clients in, or set up a client's company yourself and hand ownership over when they're ready.
- Every client in one place. Switch between companies without logging out or juggling passwords.
- Roles per client, not per firm. A grid of staff × clients. The engagement sets the ceiling, so nobody gets more access than the client agreed.
- Bring clients in your way. Invite a client to engage your firm, or create their company and keep the owner role until you hand it over.
- Start small, verify when you grow. New firms can serve up to 3 clients straight away. Upload your trade licence and a named person at Ismeen verifies it to lift the cap.2

The ledger
Nobody quietly edits the books. Not even an admin.
In Ismeen a posted journal never changes. Mistakes are fixed with a reversal that carries a name, a time and a reason, and every step sits on an audit chain you can show an auditor.
Preparer, reviewer, approver.
Month-end close is never one person's call. The preparer submits, a different reviewer reviews, and an approver locks the period. Reopening a locked month needs an admin and a reason.
Statements in once.
Upload MT940 or your bank's CSV. Each file is fingerprinted, so the same statement can't be imported twice.
Drill down from anything.
Reports come from the posted books and open to the entries behind them.

For tax agents
VAT 201 you can defend, line by line.
See the return the way EmaraTax lays it out, then open any box to the invoices and journals behind it. You review, the client approves and the period locks. Export the entry sheet and file on EmaraTax yourself.
- Prepare → agent review → client approval → lock → export, with notes and proposed corrections.
- FTA Audit File for any date range, from the same posted books.
- Read-only access to the client's books when you're not preparing.
- Ismeen doesn't file returns for you. Your licence, your submission.1

For auditors
Audit from the source. Read-only. Ends when the engagement does.
The client or their firm invites you for the engagement. You get read-only access to the books, and the engagement can carry an end date, after which access stops.
- PBC tracker. Request documents, assign owners, track status, and keep the thread with the request.
- Audit queries and samples. Raise queries on entries and draw samples from the ledger.
- Workpapers and frozen snapshots. Pin the numbers you signed off, even after the client posts more.
- Proposed, never posted. You propose adjustments, and the client posts them.

Arabic isn't a translation layer here.
Switch the whole interface to Arabic, right to left. Accounts, customers and suppliers carry Arabic and English names. Amounts are in AED to the fils (or any other currency), and VAT 201 follows EmaraTax's layout.
